  • Acting for a family run business, Linnells Mailroom Supplies, following their conversion from a traditional partnership in the sale of industrial warehouse premises and relocation to new premises. Completed a purchase of residential property to add to their portfolio within 3 weeks of instruction to save our client £8,850 stamp duty land tax.

  • Acting for Bradgate Ltd in their acquisition of newly built premises on a mixed use development in Bow, the transfer of existing premises between sister companies and the grant of a lease to a sister company all within six weeks of initial instruction to coincide with the client’s end of financial year.

  • Acting for Whitepost Estates Limited in the acquisition of plot of land with a view to redevelopment. To advising the client on the Help to Buy scheme and acting in the sales of residential properties post construction. Assisting individual directors with their property portfolios including the review of a number of auction particulars.

  • Acting on the acquisition of a sizeable regional portfolio of grade A office real estate across the UK and handling various landlord and tenant matters pertaining to the properties. Exchanged on a £4.05m investment purchase the day of the budget announcement to save our client £40,500 stamp duty land tax.

  • Retaining a national estate agency and management service with over 550 units. Advice has included renegotiation of leases and landlord and tenant issues.
