Pinney Talfourd has been shortlisted at the Havering Business Awards 2015 for the Customer Care Award in recognition of their achievements in client satisfaction.
Now in it’s tenth year, the awards recognise innovation, community spirit and excellence in the local community.
Having previously won Havering Business of the Year, Pinney Talfourd has turned its attention to a different benchmark, answering a number of questions on how they have achieved client satisfaction and results that benefited clients.
Partner Catherine Polli is delighted the firm has been shortlisted, commenting “This is the first time we have entered this category and we are so excited to have made a shortlist of just three firms. We work extremely hard to exceed our clients’ expectations and we hope our efforts stand out.”
Winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at CEME Conference Centre on Friday 16 October.
In addition to this acknowledgement within the local community, Pinney Talfourd has also been recognised by the legal industry for it’s client satisfaction standards. They have also been shortlisted for the Private Client Practice Award at the Legal Excellence Awards, organised by the Law Society. This awards ceremony will take place on 22 October.
