Our Employment Law Department is recognised as one of the leading employment law firms in Essex and London by The Legal 500, an independent and definitive guide to the best law firms in the UK. Here at Pinney Talfourd, we understand that it can be difficult to book an appointment during working hours to discuss delicate matters such as discrimination in the workplace, advice on redundancy or anything else relating to your employment. Sometimes, it's just the case that you're not sure of your legal rights relating to an issue in the workplace, and you need some impartial advice on where you stand. In an attempt to tackle these frustrating issues, Pinney Talfourd Solicitors now run a free monthly Employment Law Advice Surgery.
Pinney Talfourd's Free Employment Law Advice Surgery
Taking place monthly on a Saturday in our Upminster office, our employment advice surgery aims to tackle and answer questions on a variety of employment law issues for employees, including disciplinaries, bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace, unfair dismissals, redundancy and pay and bonus disputes.
Operating from 9am-12pm, our employment advice mornings are completely free and enable you to discuss at a top level your employment law concerns with one of our expert solicitors based in Essex and London. Appointments can be made in advance by using our booking form to the right, or drop-in sessions are also available throughout the morning.
