Corbets Tey School designs Pinney Talfourd’s 2019 Christmas Card

Pinney Talfourd teamed up yet again with local special needs school Corbets Tey School for their ‘Design a Christmas Card 2019’ Competition this month.

Emily from Mulberry Class won first prize with an imaginative design of a glittery Christmas pudding. It has been used to create Pinney Talfourd’s Christmas card and Emily will receive a toy of her choice at a special school assembly in the last week of the school term.

The Residents’ Association of Upminster and Cranham support this project every year. The Bulletin sponsored the runner up prize which went to Euan of Peach Class for his finger print picture of Santa’s reindeers.

Client Services Partner, Catherine Polli, said “The children’s designs are always fantastic and this year’s entries were no different. Thank you to everyone at the school for their time and effort. We are also delighted that The Bulletin is involved again this year to help make it a real community project.”

There were so many wonderful cards that it was hard to pick just these two designs. Therefore, in true Christmas spirit, Pinney Talfourd gave a ‘highly commended’ prize to a child in each class as well as a cash donation to the school for their help in organising this annual event.
