Lucy is a Private Client Executive based in our Upminster office and a valued member of our Private Client Team.
Lucy joined Pinney Talfourd as a Paralegal and then progressed to her current role as Private Client Executive, reflecting her growing expertise and responsibility within the department.
Lucy has extensive experience supporting clients across a broad range of matters, including drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, managing Deputyship and Power of Attorney arrangements, and administering estates from Grant of Probate through to full Probate administration. She has also worked within the Court of Protection Department, assisting clients who lack capacity and providing sensitive, practical support in complex situations.
A CILEX Paralegal, Lucy is currently undertaking her CILEX Advanced level exams to further enhance her professional qualifications.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family and exploring new places with her dog Teddy.
