Why you need a Will

It’s estimated that over half of adults in the UK don’t currently have a Will. Without one, your estate may not be distributed in the way you would have wished, and loved ones can face significant delays, costs, and potential disputes. Having a valid Will in place helps ensure clarity and peace of mind for those you care about most.

The significance of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

With almost one million people in the UK currently living with dementia — a figure projected to rise sharply by 2030 — planning ahead has never been more vital. An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make important decisions on your behalf, should you ever lose the capacity to do so yourself, whether in relation to your finances or your health and welfare.
