Recent estimates indicate that around 944,000 people in the UK are living with dementia, a figure projected to rise to over one million by 2030. Dementia can significantly affect a person’s ability to make decisions.

A simple yet powerful document — a Lasting Power of Attorney — allows you to nominate a trusted individual to make important financial and/or healthcare decisions on your behalf should you lose the capacity to do so.
