Acting on behalf of two separate developers in the off plan sale of their leasehold and freehold plots which involve the sale of individual plots on notice and sales of portfolios at auction.
Acting on behalf of the new purchasers in the assignment of new build contract for an un-built leasehold development from a foreign based seller.
Acting on behalf of purchasers acquiring bridging finance for new build properties following failed completion. This involved obtaining the entirety of the title information, reporting to the purchaser on their acquisition and complying with the requirements of the bridging finance company in the space of the 10 working days granted from the failed completion to the rescission date.
Successfully applying for a first registration of an unregistered property where the existing owners had passed away and the title deeds had been lost.
