Olivia-Scarlett McKelvey joined Pinney Talfourd in September 2025 as a Solicitor Apprentice in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. She is based in the Hornchurch office.
Olivia-Scarlett graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2020 with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in Geography with Business Management. She went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP University and is currently studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Before joining Pinney Talfourd, Olivia-Scarlett worked for over three years as a Paralegal at Irwin Mitchell LLP within the Court of Protection team. During her time there, she managed her own caseload and supported clients with deputyship and trust matters.
Outside of work, Olivia-Scarlett enjoys playing badminton, going to the gym, and exploring nature through walks.
