Kerry is an experienced Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist with a wide range of experience in bringing and defending claims in respect to challenges to wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She also represents clients relating to the replacement and substitution of Trustees and recovery and tracing of assets that may have been dissipated from estates, rectification of Wills, proprietary estoppel claims and Trust Disputes.
Kerry is experienced in representing clients in bringing or defending claims relating to legal and beneficial ownership disputes over property.
Kerry manages contested cases in the court of protection advising both Attorneys and Deputies where a patient lacks capacity to represent themselves. In the event of a dispute arising in respect to conduct Kerry represents clients in the removal, replacement or appointment of persons managing either property and finance or health and welfare.
