Chris advised clients on both Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains tax, particularly in relation to their Wills and throughout probate matters. Chris has dealt with many probate cases that required negotiation with HMRC over the value of business assets, family companies and properties for tax purposes.
Chris helps families with estate planning in cases where they require detailed tax advice or a structure to protect and provide for vulnerable beneficiaries.
Chris deals with a lot of clients who require Wills or LPAs being put in place to ensure their affairs can be properly managed in their lifetime by their loved ones as well as ensuring they are passed on to future generations as tax efficiently as possible.
