Representing a client in a successful claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act for provision as a cohabitee from his late partner’s estate.

Concluding a vey long running dispute regarding removal of executors, breach of fiduciary duties and setting aside a property transfer.
Successfully negotiating Deeds of Variation of Intestacy on behalf of surviving spouses.
Acting for clients in application for a freezing injunction to prevent executor disposing of the assets of the estate of which they were beneficiaries. The order was made in the High Court, the executor did not comply with several orders for disclosure and an application was made for his committal to prison for breach of the order which was successful. Case was reported.
