Brentwood Business Awards 2021

17/01/2022

On Friday 12 November, Brentwood Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2021 Brentwood Business Awards.

The ceremony, which took place at Orsett Hall, recognises the achievements of local businesses in Brentwood and the surrounding areas. Now in its third year, the awards were back in person after a break during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Headline Sponsor

As headline sponsor of the event, Pinney Talfourd were involved in the winner’s selection process for the Business of the Year Award. Partner, Catherine Polli had the pleasure of interviewing each of the finalists to discover what it is that makes their business so successful.

Speaking at the ceremony Philip Cockram, Managing Partner at Pinney Talfourd, said: “We’ve been delighted to be the main sponsor for these awards – for our part, we’ve found the process extremely rewarding and we have met a number of incredible local businesses and business people along the way.”

Business of the Year Award

Special Needs and Parents (SNAP) were announced the winners of the Business of Year Award. SNAP is a charity that supports parents and carers of children with a wide range of disabilities, providing access to online resources and services at their centre.

Like many businesses, SNAP had to adapt quickly to the pandemic and were able to transition their services to ensure that families continued to receive the same level of support throughout.
