Free Wills, LPA & Contested Probate Seminars in March

**Due to current ongoing Coronavirus situation we have decided as a precaution, to cancel this event.**

Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you along to more of our events in the near future.

We have revamped our popular seminar schedule and are hosting free Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney & Contested Probate talks on Friday 27th or Saturday 28th of March at our Brentwood High Street office

Over half of people in the UK currently do not have a Will and this can lead to unfortunate difficulties upon death. You may not have a valid Will or a family member may even contest your wishes! This means that your assets may not pass to whom you want to inherit, leaving your loved ones in financial stress and hardship. It also can be time-consuming and expensive to resolve.

Lasting Power of Attorney

Over 850,000 people in the UK have Dementia; this figure has been estimated to rise to 1 million in 2025. Dementia can lead to you not being able to make your own decisions. Did you know that a simple document - a Lasting Power of Attorney - nominates a person to make financial or healthcare decisions on your behalf?

Our team will cover the essentials of a Will, LPA and other supporting documents. Find out why it is so important to have a watertight Will and what documents are best for your circumstances.

Contested Probate

We would also like to announce a NEW addition to our seminars; our Contested Probate Team will be joining us to advise on circumstances where a dispute may most frequently arise. Contesting the Will of a relative or friend or bringing a financial or any other type of claim in respect of a Trust or Estate can be a complicated and stressful process but our lawyers are here to assist.

Join our experts for this free presentation followed by some free tailored advice over a tea or coffee afterwards.
