Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group will hold their September patient support group at our Brentwood office.
The next meeting of the Essex branch of Anglia Asbestos Disease Patient Support Group for sufferers of Mesothelioma and asbestos disease will be held at Pinney Talfourd’s Brentwood office on Wednesday 13 September.
Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group successfully launched their Essex patient support group in Brentwood just before the summer and would now like to invite you to the next meeting.

Pinney Talfourd Solicitors will be hosting the event at our Brentwood office. We will also provide a buffet lunch for all guests.
All meetings are free of charge.
Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group is an initiative by a small group of ex-service personnel, led by Brian Chamen – Wallis, an Ambassador for Mesothelioma UK Charitable Trust, who identified a need for Patient Support Groups (PSGs) in the region.
The PSGs are designed to provide a focus and forum for victims of asbestos related diseases, including mesothelioma. Groups are open to patients, carers, family members and clinical professionals. Subjects discussed range from clinical matters to trials programmes and their effects, and include information about compensation claims, benefits advice, and government legislation affecting sufferers. Diet and exercise are also discussed. Social activities will also be on offer to enable members to meet with members of other groups in the region.
We are also looking forward to welcoming a local MP to September’s event to join these discussions.
Mesothelioma UK is a national resource centre dedicated to providing free specialist information, support & improved care and treatment. Ambassador for the charity, Brian Chamen-Wallis, runs an independent network of support groups in the South East, collectively called Anglia Asbestos Disease Support Group.
Stephen Green is a Partner at Pinney Talfourd specialising in personal injury. Stephen is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is also an APIL Fellow. He has worked with Mesothelioma UK to provide legal advice to many sufferers and their families.
