Surinder joined Pinney Talfourd in 2026 after spending more than ten years at both City and regional law firms, where she specialised in enfranchisement, representing both landlords and tenants.
She is based in the Residential Property team and advises both landlords and tenants on enfranchisement.
Surinder is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
Outside of work, Surinder enjoys spending time with her two young children, particularly baking, travelling and being outdoors. She also enjoys Reformer Pilates and going to the gym.
