"Louise Eady listened carefully. She gave me clear advice that I could understand and was friendly and approachable. However, if Louise felt I was taking a wrong stance she would not shy away from telling me. Louise kept me constantly updated on what my options where along the 2-year journey and what they would cost. With her good advice I felt confident in the choices I made. All of the team at Pinney Talfourd were always very professional when I had cause to speak to them. This excellent legal service gave me the strength & support I needed at a difficult time. I felt very happy with the outcome and I would/will highly recommend in the future."
