Philip is our Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 1994, became a Partner in 1998 and Managing Partner in 2004.

Philip is responsible for the strategic development of the firm.  He leads the delivery of the key objectives contained in our ten year Vision Plan to March 2030.  Philip works closely with the Partners of the firm and our Management Team to ensure we retain and attract the very best lawyers and support staff, we provide excellent service and legal expertise to our clients at all times, and we constantly develop and improve the firm’s culture, systems and processes.  Philip is responsible for the continued growth and development of the firm and embracing opportunities for the firm’s progression, either created or presented to us.
