  • Purchasing a property - freehold or leasehold
  • Selling a property - freehold or leasehold
  • Re-mortgaging
  • New-build (plot) sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity

We aim to help you with the essential steps by:

  • Giving you a written estimate of fees and confirm all the other charges you will pay, such as Land Registry fees and Stamp Duty, to ensure there are no nasty surprises along the way.
  • Thoroughly checking legal titles, local search, water search and any other search results and advising you on the same. Exchanging contracts when the proper preparations have been made and advising you on either your purchase payment or sales receipt.
  • On completion of a purchase, we will obtain any mortgage monies and pay over the purchase price so that the keys can be released to you. You will be advised of the completion date in good time to organise your move.
  • On completion of a sale, we will redeem any mortgage you have on the property, pay the estate agents commission on your behalf and account to you for any sale proceeds.
