Sue Nash

Sue is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and a member of our Family Law Department.

Sue first began practising Family Law in 1988 and qualified in 1994 after studying and training in Essex. Sue originally joined us in 2001.

Sue has significant experience in all aspects of family law. She has particular expertise in divorce proceedings and financial settlements upon divorce. Sue also deals with cohabitation and separation issues.

She has also represented her clients in all aspects of children work including residence, parental responsibility, contact as well as leave to remove children from the jurisdiction.

Sue demonstrates a high degree of sensitivity, and her down to earth manner always puts clients at ease. Sue tries to find practical solutions for her clients to help them progress matters quickly and amicably.

Sue is an accredited member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Panel and a trained Collaborative lawyer. She is also a member of, and Press Officer for, the Essex Resolution Committee.

Sue is a member of the London & East Essex POD and Chelmsford POD.
