Stephen Green
Stephen Green is a Partner, a Solicitor and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team.
Stephen qualified as a Legal Executive in 1995 (with many years previous experience in the law) before becoming a Solicitor in 2000, joining Pinney Talfourd LLP in 2003. He became a Partner in 2006.
Stephen is a Solicitor Advocate with the right to appear before courts at all levels and is an Accredited Mediator. He is a long standing member of both the Personal Injury Panel Accreditation Scheme and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Stephen deals with a wide variety of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slips and trips and accidents involving occupiers. A keen motorcyclist himself and being IAM and ROSPA qualified, he has a particular interest in motorcycle accident claims.
Stephen is passionate about obtaining full and just compensation for the victims of personal injury. He has obtained compensation for a number of the victims of the London Bombings and many victims of crimes of violence over the years.
Stephen also has extensive experience of dealing with other aspects of dispute resolution, including employment.
