Philip Cockram
Philip is the Managing Partner at the Firm.
He joined the firm in 1994 and became a Partner in 1998. He became Managing Partner in 2004.
Philip undertakes dispute resolution work for a small number of our commercial and private clients. He specialises in employment law and complex or high value commercial disputes. He is also responsible for the internal management of the Firm and strategic development of the business.
He has represented clients in the High Court, County Court and Employment Tribunal. A number of his cases have been reported in the press and legal publications. He is a regular contributor to the press and undertakes lectures and seminars on the latest legal issues.
Philip is a member of the Law Management Section of the Law Society, the Dispute Resolution Section of the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
