Peter Talfourd
Peter is a Partner at the Firm and Head of the Commercial Department.
Peter specialises in commercial property and Landlord and Tenant issues. He deals with all aspects of commercial property law including development, acquisitions and disposals, as well as management and leasing of property. Freehold and Leasehold purchases and sales of both land and businesses are a specialist area of expertise for peter, in particular dental practices. He also has substantial experience of land acquisition for developers and thereafter plot sales.
