Kristian Croad TEP
Kristian is an Associate Solicitor and a member of our Private Client Team.
As part of the dedicated Private Client Department, Kristian deals with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Trusts, Personal Taxation issues, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, including dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications and Elderly Client issues, in particular care home funding. He also deals with any Trusts which the firm administers.
All members of the team combine a wealth of experience and expertise in dealing with sensitive issues.
He studied law at Bournemouth University then trained with a firm in Poole, Dorset and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. He joined us in 2007.
Kristian provides talks locally to a variety of interested groups. He also took part in the London to Brighton bike ride in June 2008 and raised over £600 for the British Heart Foundation.
Kristian is a member of STEP, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a kite mark of excellence for Private Client Lawyers. He is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
All the members of the department are happy to make home or hospital visits where clients are unable to attend the office.
