Julien Pritchard
Julien is an Associate Solicitor and Head of our Commercial Department covering Company and Commercial Law and Commercial Property
Originally reading Information Technology and Business Studies at Anglia Ruskin University, Julien later converted to Law undertaking the Legal Practice Course, again at Anglia Ruskin University. He went on to qualify and was admitted to the role in 1999.
Julien spent 8 years working for a mid-sized regional law firm in Chelmsford and then 3 years working for a leading Essex practice before joining Pinney Talfourd in July 2011.
During his career Julien has accumulated a great deal of experience in dealing with all types of clients from individuals and sole traders to large multinational companies and statutory undertakers. He has also been able to gain invaluable knowledge in dealing with telecommunication leases, a useful specialism in light of the growth in the telecommunications market.
Julien deals with all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant issues, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and sundry activities such as licenses, easements and options agreements. He also deals with finance, lending, and the sale and purchase of small businesses.
