Elliot Martin
Elliot is an Associate Solicitor and a member of our Commercial Department.
After graduating in law at Anglia Ruskin University and completing the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Guildford, Elliot was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 where he worked in private practice at a law firm in Essex. Elliot joined Pinney Talfourd LLP in 2010.
Elliot specialises in commercial property transactions dealing with all types of freehold and leasehold land and landlord and tenant issues. He has extensive experience acting for property developers in land acquisitions and plot sales and in financing property transactions. He also deals with sales and purchases of businesses and has substantial experience dealing with corporate matters.
Before qualifying as a solicitor Elliot worked for a number of years on corporate matters at a leading U.S. law firm in London and he is qualified to the New York Bar.
