Claire Bradley

Claire is an Associate Solicitor and a member of our Residential Property Department.

Claire studied Law and French Law at Kingston University. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2004 and qualified in 2006.

Claire specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and matrimonial conveyancing.

She also assists Adele Dean in the acquisition, development and sale of large residential sites for major national home builders.

Claire is particularly valued by her clients for her determination and attention to detail.
