Due to the massive demand for our event in October we have arranged a second date in November and would again like to invite all Havering residents to their FREE Wills and LPA Advice session: What You NEED To Know, taking place on 19 November.
A watertight Lasting Power of Attorney and Will can ensure that your personal wishes are carried out, but it needs to done properly. The Private Client team at Pinney Talfourd understands the difficulties that old age can bring to the management of peoples financial affairs. This is the reason they are inviting you to visit their Upminster office where they will be highlighting the importance of an up to date Will and the potential difficulties that can arise in the event a person does not have a Lasting Power of Attorney.
The seminar is free and will also allow you the opportunity to meet their dedicated and friendly team of solicitors who will be able to deal with any specific queries you may have.
