May 2011 Report Reveals that Clients Are Recommending Pinney Talfourd LLP
Last month Pinney Talfourd published the latest set of results from the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire. This is a quarterly report produced internally and is intended to monitor the level of customer service provided by our staff and look for improvements to our high professional standards.
Pinney Talfourd are already proud to be Lexcel accredited, meaning that our standards are recognised by Law Society.
Lexcel is the Law Society's practice management standard and certifies that certain standards have been met following independent assessment. The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
However in addition to this we like to monitor standards ourselves. We regularly listen to and act upon what our clients say and are pleased to announce that almost all of you would use our services again. With 98% of you planning to return next time you need a Solicitor we are also happy that 97% of you would also recommend us to others.
This is excellent news as we rely on happy customers to spread the word and help us grow into an even bigger and better service!
