Pinney Talfourd LLP Solicitors raise over £700 for Children in Need
Pinney Talfourd went all spotty in November for Children in Need as part of our annual fundraising effort.
Various activities took place throughout the day, organised by two of our social commitee members Nicola Healy and Katie Nickless.
They invited staff to come into work in spots or pay a fine and although many participated, all were collared for a voluntary donation.
Local businesses also donated generously during a collection around the Brentwood, Hornchurch and Upminster areas. We work closely with the local business community and they all invited our fancy dress collectors into their office for a giggle at their silly ears and to do their bit for charity.
Internally, we played the Children in Need games across all 4 offices in Brentwood, Shenfield, Hornchurch and Upminster.
But the best part of the day has to be the bake sale. There are some expert bakers in this firm and the whole firm enjoyed lots of delicious cakes throughout the week. There were so many cake donations that they were probably the main fundraiser!
We are proud to announce that we raised a total of £745.88 and our certificate (also displayed here) is hanging proudly in our staffroom.
Pinney Talfourd participate in many charity activities throughout the year both locally and nationally and take our corporate social responsibility very seriously. Find out more here.
