Legal and Accountancy Issues Affecting Business Today - Evening Seminar
Pinney Talfourd LLP recently teamed up with CBHC LLP, a leading firm of chartered accountants in Romford and Chelmsford to provide a seminar tackling the hot topics of the moment in employment law and accountancy.
Businessmen and women from industries such as insurance, property development, local authority services and even private education arrived at the evening event for tea and coffee prior to the presentation. The event was introduced by Catherine Polli who introduced Stephen Eccles, Julien Pritchard and Gary White from CBHC as speakers.
The event was a full house and we covered a number of important accounting and legal areas that can put your business at risk, but can be protected. Just some of the areas discussed were:
- commercial leases
- finance/ security
- employment contracts
- sucession planning
- cashflow management
- how to get the bank to say "yes"
The presentation was followed by networking drinks in the Upminster office reception area where valuable contacts were made and individual issues were discussed in more detail with our speakers.
